At The Nautikal, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, our team is here to help and will work with you to resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Include all original accessories, inserts, and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing components will not be considered resalable and may be declined or subject to partial refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used personal items (including lanyards, bands, and similar accessories)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or bundled products

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or other non-quality reasons:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping
  • A $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible at support@thenautikal.com
  • Photo or video evidence is required to help us assess the issue
  • Original shipping charges will be refunded in these cases
  • Return shipping fees will not apply

To help expedite resolution, we recommend (but do not require) recording an unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The unopened package
  • The opening process
  • The item and accessories upon removal

Providing this documentation allows us to review and resolve issues more efficiently and fairly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@thenautikal.com
     within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)
  3. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Inspection & Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected within 5–7 business days of receipt
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Refund processing typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If a returned item is damaged, incomplete, used, or not in resalable condition, The Nautikal reserves the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund or decline the return entirely.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
